Farmington is a beautiful Suburban area just north of Salt Lake City. It is centrally located along the Wasatch Front with sprawling subdivisions that run up next to the mountain range and place you steps from hiking and enjoying nature.  (The picture to the Left is a waterfall near Layton, Utah.)

Farmington City is thoughtfully developed with several types of housing options including single-family residences, townhomes, and condos. There are plenty of commercial retail centers with shopping opportunities for residents. The city is situated about 20 minutes north of Salt Lake City and is in good commuting distance to the City or North to Hill Air Force Base. 

The public schools are part of the Davis County School District, which has had a long reputation for providing good educational quality in the State of Utah. Check out the testing and ratings of any public school here at Greatschools.org.
